I offer two powerful training paths designed to meet you exactly where you are on your fitness journey — traditional weight training in the gym or bodyweight and resistance band training. Both options are personalized, intentional, and infused with my signature mindfulness and breath-work coaching. Option 1: Traditional Weight Training (Gym-Based) Build strength, muscle, and confidence using dumbbells, barbells, and machines in a gym setting. I guide you through proper form, controlled lifting techniques, and purposeful breathing that enhances stability, focus, and power. Perfect for those who enjoy the structure and progression of classic strength training. Option 2: Bodyweight & Resistance Band Training Train anywhere using only your body and bands. These sessions help develop lean muscle, mobility, core strength, and functional movement through targeted, adaptable exercises. With mindful breathing woven into every sequence, you’ll feel grounded, present, and energized.
